| Mutation Reports & Reporting
Surveyor and Explorer both offer several reporting options, most
of which can be exported in several different format, for easy linkage
to LIMS and other information systems. Users can easily create or
customize reports to meet their own reporting requirements:

Base mutation analysis report
provides overview of analysis results, high confidence calls
are in blue, lower in red. Each cell is linked to sample electropherogram
for rapid review. |

pairs forward and reverse traces, indicates mutations and
allele frequency by position. |

Text Report of findings can
be saved or exported as a text, HML, HTML or in Pretty Base

Whole
Gene Assembly and Reporting: Software assembles mutation
projects into a “whole gene” report, providing
allele frequency of found mutations across the gene, providing
both exportable text file and graphical overview. |

Special report writer tool allows
easy "cutting" and copying areas of interest to
paste into graphic capable programs, such as Word, Excel,
or PowerPoint for presentations and other documentation. |

Diagnostic Printed report can
be customized to meet reporting requirements, automatically
cuts and pastes mutation electropherograms. |
Printed Report is available for either
all lanes analyzed or only those containing mutations.
