Mutation Reports & Reporting

Mutation Surveyor & Mutation Explorer offer several reporting options, most of which can be exported in several different formats, for easy linkage to LIMS and other information systems. Users can easily create or customize reports to meet their own reporting requirements:

Whole Gene Assembly and Reporting: Software assembles mutation projects into a "whole gene" report, providing allele frequency of found mutations across the gene, providing both exportable text file and graphical overview.

Printed Report is available for either all lanes analyzed or only those containing mutations.
