To view the system parameters estimation results
After the estimations are complete for a system parameters set, the stutter ratio for each allele in every marker and the variance are automatically graphed and displayed for viewing. The information for the estimation results is displayed in three tabs—Summary, Stutter Table, and Stutter Plots—that are found in the right section of the System Parameters Information page.
Summary tab: The Summary tab is the tab that is opened by default on the System Parameters Information page. From top to bottom, the tab displays the following information:
The value for (C), which is a constant that is used in the modeling of the variance in peak height.
The value for Sigma, which is the standard deviation.
The Variance plot for the estimation, where the variance is the typical degradation of the signal due to the lower amount of amplified product in higher molecular weight loci.
Stutter Table tab: The Stutter Table tab tabulates the N-1 repeat stutter ratios for each allele in every panel marker. If an LUS data file, a user-defined stutter file, or both were loaded for the estimation, then the LUS Estimate data and/or the user-defined data are also tabulated.
Stutter Plots tab: The Stutter Plots tab displays the N-1 repeat stutter ratios graphs for each allele in every panel marker.
