Getting Started with DNA Analyses in MaSTR
The Analysis page lists the DNA analyses that have been uploaded to the MaSTR database, regardless of status (Completed or Failed) in reverse chronological order. The following information is displayed for a DNA analysis on the Analysis page:
The analysis name. The name is a hyperlink to the Analysis Information page, which details analysis-specific information and also provides options for working with the analysis.
The analysis template. The analysis template that was used for the DNA analysis.
The analysis signal. The signal file that was analyzed.
The analysis creation date. The date that the analysis was carried out in MaSTR.
The analysis owner. The username for the user who initiated the analysis in MaSTR.
You can open a completed DNA analysis in MaSTR simply to view its information, or after viewing the information, you have a variety of options for reviewing and working with the analysis data and results. You can download the analysis inputs and/or the analysis results, you can generate an Analysis report that details critical information about all aspects of the analysis, you can view the analysis job status, and you can delete the analysis.
