Viewing the Information for a Frequency
The Frequency Information page details information for a selected frequency and provides access to the options for working with the frequency. To open the Frequency Information page for a frequency, click the name of the frequency on the Frequency page.
The Frequency Information page is divided into two sections:
• From top to bottom, the left section displays the following information for the frequency: the frequency name, options for working with the frequency, such as downloading the frequency and changing the frequency status and so on, the frequency creation date, the frequency owner, and the frequency status.
• The right section lists the markers, organized by allele, that are detailed in the frequency, the specific populations, organized by ethnicity, for which the marker frequencies were calculated, and the frequency of each marker/allele combination for each ethnicity.
You can open a frequency in MaSTR simply to view its information, or after viewing the information, you can download and edit the frequency, change the frequency status, or delete the frequency. See:
