To manage Timeout Duration settings

1. Open and log in to MaSTR.

2. On the User dropdown menu, click Settings.

The Settings page opens.

3. Edit the value for timeout duration.

The value that you enter is always in minutes. None of the user’s queued jobs or jobs that are already running on the server are affected, After logging back in to tMaSTR, the user is redirected to the last page that was open for the session.

4. Click Save.

5. On the MaSTR Windows client, restart the SoftGenetics MaSTR Server service.
