To download the analysis results
Analysis results are divided into six different categories on the Analysis Results Download page, with the first category, Summary, always selected but made unavailable to ensure that the summary.tsv files are always included in any analysis results download. By default, all other categories other than the Trace Data Category are selected for downloading. You select the Trace Data category for downloading, which includes Continuous Trace, Genotype Set Trace, and Full Trace, only if the option of Save Iteration Data was selected for the analysis template. With the exception of the Plots category, analysis results are provided in separate tab-separated (*.tsv) values file. All the analysis plots are downloaded in a single Plots folder, with each plot a separate image in *.png format. The table below details the content of the downloaded analysis results.

To download plots for a specific tab on the Analysis Information page (Summary tab, Continuous tab, Genotypes tab, or Likelihood Ratios tab), Include Plots must be selected.
