To work with the completed analysis
1. On the MaSTR main menu, click Analysis.
The Analysis page opens.
2. On the Analysis page, click the name of the completed DNA analysis.
The Analysis Information page opens. The page is divided into two sections:
From top to bottom, the left section displays the following information for the completed analysis:
The name of the completed analysis.
The options for downloading the analysis inputs and the analysis results, and generating an analysis report.
The name of the analysis template that was used for the analysis.
 
 
To view the system parameters set that was used for the analysis, click the template name to open the Template Information page.
The name of the (Analysis) Signal file.
The number of contributors to the (Analysis) Signal file.
The names of any Known Profile files that were uploaded for the analysis.
The value for the random seed that was generated, if applicable.
The status for the calculation of Relative LRs (Yes or No).
The version of MaSTR that was used to analyze the DNA mixture,
The analysis run date.
The analysis owner.
 
 
The analysis template name, the (Analysis) Signal file name, and if applicable, the Known Profile file names are hyperlinks to the respective Information pages. Although the full functionality is available on these Information pages, such as deleting an analysis template, treat these two Information pages as view-only pages when you access them from the Analysis Information page.
The right section is divided into four tabs—Summary, Continuous, Genotypes, and Likelihood Ratios—that detail information about the analysis data and results. See To review the analysis data and results.
