To review a completed analysis job
Even if a analysis job is successfully completed, one or more warning or informational messages can be generated for the job at different steps. For example, a warning can be generated for the Validate step if allele dropout occurred for a sample marker in a Known Contributor Profile file. Warnings are for informational purposes only and do not stop the job from completing. If any warnings or other informational messages were generated for a successfully completed job, then you can view these warnings and messages on the Job Status page.
1. On the MaSTR main menu, click Analysis.
The Analysis page opens.
2. On the Analysis page, click the name of the completed DNA analysis.
The Analysis Information page opens.
3. In the left section of the Analysis Information page, click Job Status.
A Job Status page opens. A status of Completed is displayed at the top of the page. If any warnings and/or informational message were generated for any of the job steps, then the number of messages and the message type are displayed in the Error Message column for the affected step.
4. Click the number of warnings/info messages entry in the Error Message column.
The Step Output page opens. The page details the messages that generated for the job step.
5. After you review the messages, use the standard Go Back One Page button on your browser to return to the Job Status page or continue with any other work in MaSTR as appropriate.
